As our business expands, we’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day finance operations and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to be part of a growing startup environment. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and wider team, supporting core accounting tasks while gaining exposure to how a modern consumer brand operates.
Working hours:
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Be Doing

Processing purchase and sales invoices

Managing accounts payable and receivable

Reconciling bank accounts and transactions

Assisting with month-end reporting

Supporting payroll and expense processing

Maintaining accurate financial records

Helping improve and streamline finance processes

General finance support as the business grows
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role

Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

Comfortable using accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or similar)

Good Excel skills

A proactive, reliable, and can-do attitude

Someone who enjoys working in a startup environment and taking responsibility
